43. High-level Steering Committee: (1) The following high-level steering committee shall be established to periodically review the actions taken in relation to maintaining good governance in accordance with the Act and this regulation and to give necessary instructions:-

(a) Prime Minister Chairman

(b) Deputy Prime Minister Member

(c) Home Minister Member

(d) Finance Minister Member

(e) General Administration Minister Member

(f) Law, Justice and Constituent Assembly Order Minister Member

(2) Other ministers and related officials or experts may be invited to the meeting of the committee as needed.

(3) The committee shall make and implement its own procedure.
